Privacy

Information used

Membership uses an approved NIM, registered name, Google account identifier, verified email, role and account state. Your profile can include a display name, image, bio, optional phone and links. Event responses, check-ins, acknowledgements and operational audit records support community coordination.

Visibility

Your NIM and account binding are private. Public profile listing is off by default. If you enable it, your display name, bio, profile image, responsibility and public links can be viewed by anyone. Content visibility is set by authorized publishers.

Services and cookies

Google provides sign-in. Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Vercel is the intended application host. Essential cookies maintain your session and invitation flow. This foundation includes no analytics, advertising or tracking integrations.

Retention and corrections

Archiving hides content without permanently deleting its records. Contact the group administrator to request a correction, privacy change or review of retained information. Backup copies may require separate handling. Operational retention and deletion are managed by the Owner.
